ReqReporting is publicly purchasable paid beta software, not a production-certified accounting or reporting system. Beta pricing reflects the possibility of defects, interruptions, incomplete mappings, incorrect calculations, incompatible files, changes between releases, and data loss.

Plans are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal: Solo CHF 30/1 user, Team CHF 60/5 users, Business CHF 250/20 users, and Enterprise CHF 500/40 users. These are fixed gross/final customer totals. No VAT or sales tax is currently presented as collected; if tax later becomes due under the fixed-price model, it is included in the published total. Stripe shows the tax treatment and total amount due before payment. An unrenewed licence has a 14-day grace period; local data is retained when access later locks.

Workbook processing is local in the current release. Keep verified backups, reconcile imported totals with the accounting source, review mappings and warnings, and professionally validate all PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint reports. Outputs are management aids, not certified financial statements, audits, tax/VAT filings, payroll calculations, legal advice, or regulatory submissions.

No uptime, response-time, compatibility, migration, or error-free-operation commitment is made. The complete Terms of Sale and Privacy Notice control and must be accepted before payment and first use. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
