Paid Beta / Windows Management Reporting

ReqReporting BETA

Turn exports from virtually any accounting system into German or English management reports—without forcing your team into a fixed input template or uploading business data to a reporting cloud.

Paid Beta: The current release includes flexible system-neutral mapping, detailed financial reporting, account-level analysis, and professionally formatted Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint exports. Secure Stripe checkout is available. Keep verified source backups and review every generated report before operational use.
The practical benefits

Less spreadsheet handling. More useful reporting.

ReqReporting brings the repetitive reporting steps into one guided Windows workspace.

01Import flexible accounting exportsOpen Excel, CSV, or TSV data from Abacus, SAP FI, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Dynamics 365, or another accounting system by browse or drag-and-drop.
02Catch data issues earlyValidation alerts highlight incomplete or inconsistent source data before it reaches a report.
03Reconcile two workbooks quicklyMatch rows automatically and trace changed values, missing records, and extra columns back to their source Excel rows.
04Map once, reuse repeatedlyMatch arbitrary source headers to a canonical accounting model, review automatic multilingual suggestions, and save the mapping for future exports.
05Export polished deliverablesCreate German or English PDF reports, visual Excel workbooks, reconciliation files, and editable PowerPoint management summaries.
06Analyse occupancy and IBB revenueCompare occupied places, billing days, and revenue calculated from exact service/IBB daily tariffs with budget, including transparent tariff coverage.
07Keep processing localWorkbook analysis runs on your Windows device; ReqReporting does not intentionally upload workbook contents.
Controlling depth: Analyse liquidity, equity and debt ratios, receivables and payables, investment volume, contribution margins 1–3, indirect cash flow, budget variances, prior-year differences above 9%, personnel costs, FTEs, absences, sickness, turnover, cost centres and cost objects whenever the corresponding source data is supplied.

3. Build or reconcileCreate KPIs and charts or compare two datasets down to their source rows.
4. ExportSave reports as PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint and export complete reconciliation differences to Excel.
